Shipping

Items are shipped out approximately 1-7 days after confirmation of payment (with exceptions, ex. for custom orders and payment plans) and are packaged securely and sent through air mail with a tracking number.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated delivery times

Canada: 1-8 business days

United States: 5-14 business days

I’ll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I can not be responsible for delays due to customs.

Insurance and Shipping Upgrades

Packages are not insured. Express shipping and insurance options are available for additional cost. Please contact me to request.

Each package is carefully wrapped in recycled and compostable material where possible to ensure a safe trip. The seller cannot be held accountable for delays, losses, or damages during shipping.
