Meet the garden snail.
She’s a hyperrealistic sculpture crafted carefully with great attention to detail. Hours have been spent meticulously hand forming her from clay with character and realism, developing semi translucency and believability in her texture, flexibility in her eye stalks, and personality in her overall design.
She was then baked and painted slowly to maintain and expand her realistic look, with varying colours and opaqueness like a real snail. She’s been hand finished, varnished, and set in a tiny frame designed just for her.
Her frame includes genuine dried mosses and grasses thoughtfully collected on my travels. They are delicate, so proceed with caution while handling and displaying her.
The frame does not have hooks in the back, but a hook could be manually added for easy hanging.
She is not secured to the frame, so you can take her out and hold her, change her position, or display her elsewhere as you please.
This is a rare OOAK sculpture, no molds, pre designed textures, or copies were used in her design, she can not be replicated, and there will never be another like her in the world.
